Ray Lovetree
A Maui-based herbalist, alchemist, and father dedicated to crafting plant-based remedies that honor both tradition and innovation. As the founder and hands-on maker behind Lovetree Alchemy, Ray leads every step of the process—from sourcing plants with local farmers to mixing and bottling each batch. His work blends traditional herbalism with modern methods to create clean, effective plant-based remedies.
Odyssey Gade
A longtime practitioner of the healing arts, Odyssey brings a deep-rooted passion for wellness to his role as business partner and head of sales. With a background in massage therapy, biohacking, and ceremonial work, he offers a perspective shaped by hands-on experience and a deep understanding of well-being. Drawn to the integrity and potency of Lovetree’s plant-based remedies, he joined the team to help share their mission with the world. As the lead on marketing and sales, Odyssey is often the first point of contact for those discovering Lovetree Alchemy.

Our Process
Whole plants
We take the extraction, essential oils, and mineral salts of the plant and recombine them, ensuring no beneficial part of the plant is missed.
Spagyric alchemy

Keeping it cool
We process our extracts under a vacuum to lower the boiling point to 150º from 212º. This keeps the plant materials from burning and preserves the nutrients and goodness for our tonics
Farm to extract
We are dedicated to our local community. All of our plants are sourced from farms 7 miles away from our lab or less. We usually process these herbs on the same day we harvest, ensuring we maintain as much nutrient, mineral, and vitamin density as possible throughout the spagyric process.
Our Farms
Mahi’ai O Pe’ahi Farm
Aut and his wife, Rachelle provide turmeric and bacopa for us from their farm in Haiku, Maui.
Ed
Some of our farmers are just legends. Ed is in his seventies and has been growing the same variety of turmeric for 30 years from a friend who brought it straight from Nepal. We source turmeric, ginger, and ginkgo from Ed’s farm in Makawao, Maui.
Devin
Devin uses his farm as a social gather using the majority of his produce to feed the hands that help him cultivate the land. Things he grows for us: Tulsi.
Mother Mushrooms
Richard and Charles are gourmet and medicinal mushroom growers who provide our lions main from their farm in Olinda, Maui
